You all know by now I am a dress and skirt kind of girl. I am collaborating with Karina Dresses today to bring you this fun festive look for the Holidays, be it for a Holiday party, a Christmas Show, or dressing for Christmas Day. Typically, I like to layer this time of year, but I wanted to show the dress off. Karina dresses is also partnering with me to provide a Giveaway for a Karina Dress!! When you enter, please tell me what dress you would choose from their Holiday Collection.
I curled my hair with hot rollars, as it takes really well. You should see how big and curly my hair is when I take them out! The leaves were finally changing color and I love the orange-red tones.
I will be sharing different Holiday looks on the blog throughout December, from a more casual dress to a formal gown. This is a more traditional pairing of burgundy than last week, black and burgundy, but I wanted to make the details stand out.
I chose this dress, the Megan, as I love its 1940s style, 3/4 length sleeves and slight puff sleeve. Easy to dress up for the Holidays, paired with sparkly vintage jewelry, faux fur, some black bow-adorned Coach kitten heels and textured clutch. If you would love to see some of the Karina styles I have worn, you can see them here, here and here.
A gold and ruby vintage brooch adds a Holiday touch to the faux fur.
Looking for a gift for someone who loves fashion? Karina dresses have so many styles to choose from. They also make a great gift for someone who travels. They are wrinkle free, so one can easily roll them in their suitcase, which makes it easy for traveling and getting ready.
These gold sparkly earrings are vintage and bought on Etsy.
