Hello Ladies!

Welcome to My Refined Style Linkup, as we welcome in March! Hard to believe, but I am ready, so ready for spring. I do love sports, but I have never been a snow bunny or enjoyed skiing. When people ask me if I am good at skiing, I say, “No, I am good at falling.” So, I will stick to what I know. I am better at dressing for the cold! I did have a coat on in addition to what I am wearing today, but wanted to share with you my love of sweater dresses and one of my favorite colors to wear in the fall-winter. I decided to dress up my Rorschach sweater dress ( I call it that, as the pattern on the front looks like an inkblot 🙂 ) , with a fitted tweed jacket, blush pink and white brooch, and black statement necklace from Zara.

Soon I hope to be wearing spring clothes, as Mr Groundhog told us there was NOT going to be 6 more weeks of winter. So, why would a groundhog lie? What motive could he possibly have? Nevertheless, I have been buying spring clothes I hope to share soon.

In the meantime, I put together this ensemble and look forward to seeing your outfits of the day!

These photos were taken in Uptown as we went to lunch at Wooden Vine in Charlotte, where the food was delectable!  It was a nice change of pace. I loved the ambiance and the service as well as the Granache wine. So mouth-watering with the crab cakes and salmon with capers. I look forward to more sunny days and getting some photos that are “on location” for you as well.
