The first season covers her marriage to Phillip, Duke of Edinburg, in 1947 to the failing relationship of her sister Margaret and Peter Townsend, in 1955.British Royalty has been a fascination for the American public, now evident with the Harry/Meghan Markle relationship. I am now watching Season II of the Crown, as the first shared the struggles the Queen endured as a young woman and reigning Queen. In addition to the relationships on the Crown, Fashion plays quite a role.
