10 Jul Amazon Prime Day and My Recent Purchases

I am sure you have heard that July 11-12 is Amazon Prime Day. I’ll share with you what I bought recently and some good deals you might wnt to take advantage of.

TRAVEL NEEDS

Headphones

Since we are now going to Italy, I am looking for pair of noise cancelling headphones. I want to block out sound, have a glass or two of wine, and hopefully sleep on the overnight flight. I’m looking to get the Bose 45 Noise Cancelling headphones, which have gotten good reviews. Certainly, I will keep my eye on this Sony pair, as they also have an excellent rating. My dad used to have us afraid of flying as a kid, so there is always some trepidation, but the more I fly, and once I am in the air, I am usually ok. It certainly helps to have things to do!

These packing cubes are wonderful, as I will have to pack for two weeks. They are great for organizing and taking more without stuffing your suitcase.

Suitcase

Love this suitcase. It has enough storage and will be great as a carry-on for travel. Just the perfect size to not check a bag and have it with you on the plane.

Shoes for travel

I’ve returned a pair or so of shoes that weren’t quite up to snuff when it comes to travel and walking all day seeing the sites. I, instead bought these sneakers by Cole Haan. I need to wear them around the house and give them a test drive first. I do know that there will be plenty of walking in Italy, so a white pair of sneakers will be stylish and comfortable, going with all my looks.

Hair curlers

I use hot rollers most of the time when curling my hair. This travel set is great as it is space saving and more vertical.

Beach Days

Love this coverup! It is on trend, with a bit of sexiness to it.  I ordered the brown, but it comes in multiple colors.

What I Bought Recently on Amazon

This is one of my latest purchases for organization. I am always losing socks!

I told you I was getting organized. These jean dividers certainly helped me get organized with the amount of jeans I have.

I had been looking for a black chic beach hat for my swimsuits. Here we are! There are other shades as well, and it is easily foldable/packable.

I bought this cute bag with the “I” initial for my mom. Instead of a gift bag, I used the gift as one, and put the rest of her gifts inside.

This sun shirt has an UPF 50+ and I thought it was just what I needed for paddleboarding!

This furniture cover does the trick! It fits nicely over our table and chairs, as I am trying to avoid it getting weathered and looking bad.

I needed a new case for my S21 ( Samsung 21) and this lavendar one was just the one. I wanted a bit more feminine case. There are other floral patterns if you are looking for that as well.

This is a wonderful set. It comes in 4 and 8 pieces. I bought the 4 for our Italy trip. Packing cubes are a lifesaver!
