12 Dec Burgundy Velvet
TGIF! How are things going the closer it gets to Christmas Ladies? We planned on putting up the tree last weekend, so here we are today planing to put up all of our decorations. Time just slipped away, and we have been busy, mostly like everyone I speak with. At least I have my puppies in their Santa Suits 🙂 I wanted to wear another of my velvet jackets to add more color, texture and silouette with this sweater dress.
I also wanted to share with you one of my 3 winter coats, as we don’t need as many here in Charlotte, It is a military style and light.
and since I was losing patience with the photographer since it was pretty darn cold out here, and he claims, I was “complaining”…

I hope you all stop by next week and join me, as I am going to be styling outfits all dressed up for the Holidays.I will show looks that I will be wearing Christmas day, what I may wear for New Years, or to Holiday parties and also just dressing up for various events.
This dress I have had for years but you all know me and sweater dresses. I love them! They are as comfortable as a nightgown and comfort is a must in my book. I think if one can combine comfort and style, one has it made. I am really liking grey this season. My favorite is charcoal grey, but love mixing the grey with black, and jackets with color that really pop. I have numerous fall jackets in my wardrobe I hope to share with you this season.
