InTroducing Graydon Skincare – Natural Beauty Products

Now that the weather has changed, and we are getting more “official Spring weather” here in Charlotte, I often want to look at the products I am using and change a few things for the warmer months. Graydon Skincare reached out to me and sent me two of their products, and I can say, I am all for the “You are What you Eat” mentality.

Natural Skincare

A bit about Graydon Skincare, an eco-beauty brand, with its roots in Canada. Graydon believes in pure plant-based ingredients with natural transformative power and plant-based ingredients that you don’t need a thesaurus to spell. Think of things you may put on your plate- vegetables,

According to Graydon, “We employ nutrients that work synergistically with the skin and are in harmony with nature and our environment. Keeping that in mind, consider that the life-force (aka energy ‘prana’ or ‘qi’) of your skin interacts with the life-force of everything applied to it… so unlike most skincare lines where products are essentially dead (because the ingredients and chemicals they contain have no life-force)” *website “Inspired by the beauty of the moon and feminine lunar cycles, our Fullmoon Serum helps improve and protect your skin’s natural beauty”

Organic plant-based ingredients are sourced from Canadian farmers, and elsewhere from Fair Trade farmers.

There is no artificial ingredients in Graydon products, no parabens, chemicals, sulfates, dyes or aromas. Nothing that you wouldn’t want to feed your skin.

Let me tell you they felt good on my skin! What I have been doing is using my usual Vitamin C, Retinol, Moisturizer routine while adding the Graydon Fullmoon Serum in the afternoon. This serum is a delight! It is fresh, clean and light and I look forward to using it. “Formulated with botanical collagenvitamin chyaluronic acidoligopeptides and retinol, anti-inflammatory blue tansy, an anti-pollution complex, and infused with Graydon’s favorite gemstone malachite, our Fullmoon Serum helps to improve and protect your skin’s natural beauty while combating comprehensive signs of aging.”  I could certainly use this as the primary skin care for the morning, as it contains all of the actives I use on a daily basis. Vitamin C, Retinol, Hyaluronic Acid in addition to the other anti-aging ingredients. These ingredients help reduce signs of aging ( have minimized my forehead fine lines, brighten the complexion, and help

I have been using the product for over 6 weeks and notice a glow and even skin tone. It comes with a syring applicator and these actives from their website. I asked about the lovely scent and was told it may be from the “Blue Tansy” which is a plant also used in Aromatherapy oils, it smells heavenly.

COLLAGEN:  protein-rich extract from African Mahogany to help minimize pores and provide a firm texture
HYALURONIC ACID: from Indian Senna to help improve the appearance of dry skin by boosting hydration
OLIGOPEPTIDES: enriched with amino acids to replenish & restore the look of your skin’s natural health
ANTI-POLLUTION:  moringa extract to battle signs of stressed skin exposed to environmental pollution
RETINOL: from seeds of the moth bean plant to help correct the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
VITAMIN C: rich moringa leaf to brighten the appearance of your skin’s complexion
ANTI-INFLAMMATORY:  blue tansy to help soothe skin and minimize the appearance of redness

I am one to believe that your skin condition is due to excellent natural skin care, lots of water, ( I drink 80 oz a day) less stress, and a healthy diet with exercise. It is also genetics. But we can do our best to take care of what we have.

From an aesthetic standpoint, the bottles are minimalistic, but beautiful and look lovely on my bathroom sink counter.

Superfood Serum– is a blended yellow oil, that is also light on the skin, and very little needed to make an impact.

photo from the website. **

This serum offers your face a rich source of polyphenol antioxidants and anthocyanins which help calm inflammation and reduce stress while helping to brighten your complexion and hydrate your skin. ” I find that this would be even more effective in the harsher Winter months when the skin is dry.

Read about the natural ingredients of the Serum here.

Perfect for dry skin, this oil helps with moisturizing and also with protecting from daily elements like pollutants. I used this every other day, and would potentially use it a bit more when Winter reared its head.  Helped my skin’s texture and made my skin soft.

I really enjoyed using the products and knowing that I am putting quality fresh, clean ingredients on my face.

I was gifted these 2 products in exchange for a post.  My opinion is truthful and my own. **

It sounds a super brand. I’m interested in paraben free products containing peptides.

It’s nice to hear good things about all natural products that are not only good for you but the envrionment as well. I have scaled way back on the products I’m using mostly because there are just so many and I’m not sure what I really need! It’s so overwhelming!

I know what you mean. There are so many brands out there, and I look for ones that are more natural and have actives that are going to work. I do love the Fullmoon Serum and the ingredients, as it is comprehensive and I use many of those things as is.. ie, Vitamin C, Retinol, Hyloronic Acid.
      Enjoy your day! xx

This serum has great ingredients and I find Retinol to be the most effective at lessening or softening wrinkles. You will have a good time at Meck Brewing! Enjoy, have a great weekend. xx

Those seem like fantastic products! I’m guessing they’re cruelty-free as well but I’m gonna have to do a little research as those are the only products I use. I feel like plant based skincare brands are becoming more loved by everyone in general and I love it.
