Karina Dresses – Megan in Breezy Hill Floral Dress

Morning!

You know, Karina and I go way back. I’ve made friends with Ruby, Megan, Audrey, and Katharine. If you don’t know, they are all styles by Karina Dresses, a company I have worked with since a year or so into the blog. Their styles are made in the USA, and wrinkle free. I would have to say my best friend is Ruby, ( a wrap style dress) but the other girls are a close second! I can’t pass up a pretty, large floral print and chose the Megan in Breezy Hill.

It is that time of year that you are thinking about trips or planning one. We hope to go away in the fall, but it really depends how plans come together. If we can get it together, we may yet be able to go somewhere for summer, possibly Tennessee in the mountains. One of my favorite places to visit is the Smokey Mountain, but think we may be looking at a VRBO to bring the puppies. . I mention this, as I always pack at least one or two Karina dresses. I can throw them in my suitcase and I don’t have to iron them or worry about them wrinkling.

I usually bring one pair of earrings that will go with all of my outfits. I am not a heavy packer. This dress, is the Megan, a 1940’s inspired dress, with puff sleeves and a knee length style. i loved the colors and the bolder floral pattern, along with the pastel colored accents. I thought it the perfect dress to take out my periwinkle blue Brahmin bag. I’ve had this bag for years, and Brahmin is one of those mid priced designer bags that is made so well. I just had to take it out to complement the colors in the dress!

I added my older pink chiffon LOFT cardigan and my blush pink brooch – for added pastel prettiness.

Have you tried Karina Dresses? Are you a fan of florals?

Have you read the last Karina Dress post- Maritime Mint with my Neice and Sister

Read this older post on one of the Megan dresses in a different print.

One of my first Megan dresses in this post, where we rode a 1940s Smokey Mountain Railroad.

*I was gifted this dress from Karina Dresses. My opinions are truthful and my own.

Oh Jess, I just love a good brooch! And if it’s vintage that’s even better! Karina dresses were made for you – each style looks so good on you! The colors in this one are gorgeous and that Loft cardigan is perfect. I have one Karina dress but I swear it doesn’t look that great on me. I probably need to give it another chance, I love the fabric. They really are perfect pieces to pack!
Looking lovely as usual my friend!
