New BLANKNYC Blazer with Denim and Leopard booties

Hello friends!

I hope you enjoyed your weekend.

Faux leather/leather blazers are trending this year, and becoming one of the more popular pieces for your Fall/Winter wardrobe.

Outfit

I am and have been since my 20s, a blazer kind of girl . I love how they instantly amplify an outfit. I saw this BLANK NYC faux leather blazer as a part of the Nordstrom sale, and love the double breasted style. This blazer is still available on Nordstrom site, in the black and rust/pumpkin color. I am wearing a size XS in the blazer and it fits very well.  The jacket is substantial and the quality is great. I do like the leather buttons as well.

I am wearing a double leopard print today with my Zara booties coming out to play a bit and a leopard cami peeking out from under this blazer.

I added my pine green Rebecca Minkoff love bag, for more color to the look, and wanted to change it from the traditional red with leopard look.

Looking at the pictures, I am wearing a warm gold and brown Kendra Scott earrings and gold chain necklace,  When I wear the blazer again, I would add a colorful scarf, as it would add a bit more color near my face.

The weather here has changed, but there was  a cold spell over the weekend. About 15 degrees colder than normal. I was “right at home” though, thinking of growing up in Pittsburgh, where September automatically meant sweaters and coats. I love the chill in the air!

I ‘ll keep you posted on when I get the gallstone surgery. Just waiting on a Coordinator to schedule it. Fun times, am I right?

Oh my word, Jess, this is such a cool outfit! I love this faux leather blazer on you. And the hints of leopard are so great. Your jeans are freaking amazing, too! We are having one last hot weekend right now (in the 80’s) dropping down into the low 60’s tomorrow with highs only in the 50’s by the end of the week. This is fall in the North Country! Now I need a leather blazer! Thanks for linking.

Super cute outfit! I love the coordination between the leopard booties and camisole. The faux leather blazer is fabulous. And I like the small spit in your jeans that shows off more of your booties.

I hope you are not suffering too much while you wait for scheduling.
