Tips to Being Proactive with Your Health
Happy Friday Ladies!I hope you have had a great week. In honor of May being Ehlers Danlos Syndome Awareness Month, I thought I would write a topic on Health. I had 3 appointments this week, physical therapy, the Dentist and the Ophthalmologist. Ah, the joys of getting older, right? I know we always have had appointments lined up for these things, but they seem a bit more prevalent these days. Going to various appointments this week made me think of how important it is to be proactive with your health. If you aren't looking out for yourself, who will?
Morning Ladies!It seems it was about time I got on the Gingham Bandwagon. I really do love the print, it was a matter of finding just the right style, cut and color for me. When I saw Kellyann and Jodie in their pink gingham tops, I was encouraged to look for some pink gingham myself! I do love the print- a girly, pink and white checked..a feminine take on a classic style. When I spotted this top on Last Call, I thought to myself, "That's it!" a soft- blush pink with white gingham top with ruffles in a cold shoulder style.
Good morning Ladies!I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I'll tell you about mine but first want to talk about one of my favorite styles for Spring and summer, what I liked to call The Safari Look. Call it Neutrals with Straw Bags- but that doesn't have as much of a ring to it does it? One of my favorite styles conjurs up images of a Safari holiday or trip, or one I suppose it would look like. ( I have never been on one!) Neutrals, linens, light fabrics, with structured or flowy clothing, accompanied by a bamboo straw bag or clutch, neutral leather sandals or espadrilles is the vision I have in my mind.
