03 Aug Turning Heads Linkup- Family Beach Photos
Well, as promised, I am sharing some of our family beach photos from our trip to Avalon.
They were taken by Photographer- Courtney Keim **
Beach Photos
I thought I would pick out some highlights and fun shots. We went to the Avalon beach at 6:30 at night, when the lighting was right.
Since we were 2 blocks from the beach, we all walked down as a group and the photographer met us there.
When we got to the boardwalk, we gathered our entire family for a group photo. Let’s just say it was a “tad” windy!
It was lovely to get the whole family together, as my mom wanted this for awhile.
If one thing life teaches you as you get older, is family closeness is such an important thing in life!
My brother is in marketing and was a buyer for Macy’s for years, so he chose the color scheme- coral and turquoise ( and shades thereof)
My hubby in his State of Matter turquoise button down, and my Venus maxi dress. This color blue is one of my favorites on him!
My two brothers Matt ( right) and Tim on the left with my nephew Aedan. Great smiles! Looks like my dad’s darkroom and endless times of being made to “smile” when we were growing up, came in handy!

My mom’s early birthday gift.
We all pitched in to get her a ruby/diamond ring for her Birthday. She was flabbergasted! She loves the ruby ( our birthstone) .
Fun Action Shots
These shots should speak for themselves as we were asked to jump up as high as possible! See the outcome! LOL. A few family members caught air and others, well, their feet hardly left the ground! 🙂 ( im one of them!)

I had bought all of us Old Navy tees for a family photo at South Padre but we were missing one family member and things
were so crazy we never managed to get a good photo of all of us together. These photos are true treasures!!
