You all know Fall is my season. Fall colors work well with my hair and skin tone and I just love the saturated shades like pumpkin, burgundy, and mustard yellow. Today, I have styled pumpkin and chocolate brown for a transitional look for Fall.

Transitional Look

Not quite that time of year in the South, but getting there.

I go to my favorite coffeeshop, Waterbean coffee and get my year-round favorite coffee drink- Yes, pumpkin spice latte!

I enjoy it nearly year round, because its that good. But it does signify the beginning of Fall doesn’t it?

My outfit might have been subconsciously inspired by our coffee drinks the other day. I had the pumpkin spice and hubby had the mocha latte!

So, its chocolate brown and pumpkin for today’s color scheme.

Accessories can make or break a look, so here I am sharing the contrast with dark brown hues in my silk scarf, belt and shoes. My LV Damier bag also adds some print to the look.

I love combining textures as well in the Fall and Winter months.

Ladies, find the lighter dresses in your closet in a Fall shades and add a moto, jean jacket or other layer like a long cardigan. This is one way to take a dress to another season.

Happenings

Well, i got out a bit of my Fall decor. I also bought this mirror from Kirklands, ( thanks Kellyann) but have been waiting 3 weeks for them to ship to a store! I think it is supply issues.

We have been shopping around for paddleboards and kayaks, probably getting them for Christmas. It is a sport I love!

I just got my hair done a week ago, and it felt so good to have it done, my hair fades to a “Gronde” in the Summer. ( combo of blonde and grey)!

We went to a Vineyard Sunday and listened to a band that was quite good. They played more of what you don’t hear- Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains..kinda refreshing from always hearing “Brown Eyed Girl” and “Margaritaville!” ( not that there’s anything wrong with that 😉 )

    I feel so silly saying this all the time but you are gorgeous!! And this outfit couldn’t be any more perfect. Mango needs to use your photos on their website!! You are the face of MANGO as far as I am concerned. That dress is spectacular but the way you’ve styled makes it even better. The earrings, brown shoes, denim jacket and kerchief are perfect accessories. Throw in that great bag and you’ve hit it out of the ballpark with this look. Come dress me!!! I need help!!

    Such a pretty outfit and you are right – these are your colors! My mirror took quite some time to arrive at the store – it was so frustrating but worth it once it finally arrived. I am definitely wearing some lightweight clothing in fall colors and will be for at least another month or so – fall cannot arrive soon enough for me!
