By now, you know any color works with denim through out the year. White is no exception! I love the look of my white skinny jeans with soft, colors and florals.
We have had strange weather here lately! 80 degrees one day , in the 60s the next, and then the hurricane brought us dark, windy weather taking out tree branches and leaving them behind on streets and sidewalks. Not a day, by any means for a photoshoot. This day was my kind of day! Sunny, yet a chill in the air.
Today being Election Day, I hope you were able to get out and vote! Mom, my hubby and I voted by mail. I am a bit anxious over all of this and just try myself to find joy in each day without falling victim to everything outside of my control.
We haven’t been going out much lately, due to my recent recovery from my surgery. I did, however want to take advantage of getting out Saturday, as it was sunny and glorious. We sat overlooking Lake Norman, as we enjoyed lunch in the sun at North Harbour Club. We then went to The Cottage and shared a bottle of wine between the 3 of us. I made my rounds petting all the pups, and one little pup after a few scratches, rolled onto his back for a belly rub. Small things like this make me happy.
I initially put this pretty, soft H&M floral blouse with the taupe sweater coat ( c/o Picadilly Canada) and loved the combination. Continuing with a soft palette, I chose my white Denizen/Levi jeans and my suede taupe embroidered booties.
A pop of rich color with my Treesje plum leather handbag would add depth to this look
White jeans really can be fun to style with warm Fall tones as well as Winter whites. Give it a try!
