02 Sep Wear Clara Sunwoo’s New Arrivals for Travel- Mix and Match

Our Trip and Packing

Well, I am getting a late start to traveling outside the country, but it is better late than never! Last year, you read about Italy and us going to Rome and the Almalfi Coast. That was such a memorable experience! This year, in October, we are off too Spain ( Madrid) and Portugal ( Lisbon and Porto).

Packing is one of my least favorite things to do. Part of it is knowing what to wear. The temps there will be in around 55-70 degrees, so it seems layers, as I did in Italy, may be in order.

These hunter green pieces from Clara Sunwoo will be making their way to Spain. The wrap top and side tie 3/4 sleeve blouse will be mixed and matched with these hunter green wide leg pocket pants, and I will also bring another pair of Clara Sunwoo ( black) to mix and match as well. The Liquid leather jacket, will be perfect on the plane, when the air conditioning is blowing.

For travel, I am sure you have read the importance of good shoes. Lots of cobblestone streets! Recently watching, The Reluctant Traveler, on Apple TV, with Eugene Levy, you learn that good shoes are necessary for all of the walking involved. ( Plus, you have to love the humour!)

Here I am wearing the Querene sneaker by Marmi shoes. and I love that it looks like a loafer, but is a sneaker. Great support for walking on cobblestones.

I usually pack my Lo & Sons bag, that I scored new off of Poshmark. This bag was recommended by a frequent travel blogger, and is great for having enough room, and also keeping it in front of you while in Europe.

Looking forward to visiting Spain, drinking the Tempranillo, taking a cooking class and making Paella- for a 4 course meal. That should be fun! I know we are looking to visit some castles, and we have a great guide in Rick Steves. We bought the book on Portugal, and Spain.

The pieces from Clara Sunwoo, are so versatile, wrinkle-free, and easy to wear. I will basically have part of my Woo Wardrobe, and other dresses for dinners and such. I love to add scarves to looks as well, as it elevates a look, whether it is jeans or this two piece set. So, I will be bringing a few scarves with me. The wrap top is very flattering with the drape and v neck. I also love the tie waist top, giving shape and flattering the waist area. The wide leg pant could very well be pajama bottoms, with how comfortable they are, and they have pockets!

Bringing only a carry-on and personal item for a 2-week trip, I need pieces I can mix and match. The other key is taking packing cubes, as you can fit much more in your bag.
