There is nothing like a fresh white look in the Summer.
All White Summer Look
All white is just one of the perfect ways to keep cool in the heat. This summer has started off especially hot in NC and I love to wear all white in cool fabrics. The textured button down was gifted a few years ago as was these tulip hem pants from XCVI. Both have a bit of stretch and are made of cotton. A great way to accessorize all white is to add some gold accents. A chunky gold medallion necklace and gold woven espadrilles add to the look. My favorite round rattan bag adds more texture to this summer look. My shirt is N/A as it is several years old, but I did find this option for you. ( and it’s Non-iron). This white shirt is on sale as well.
When creating an all-white look, keep these things in mind for the Summer:
- Wear fabrics that are cool in the heat, such as linen and cotton.
- Try pairing pieces that have a texture look to them (such as this blouse)
- Look for certain details that will add to the look like the rusching on the pants or tulip hem
- Add natural accessories that will add contrast but still give a summer vibe.

4th of July
Happy 4th of July friends!
We had a fun day at my brother and sis in laws house, floating in the pool and getting cooled off. I bought this 7 foot white swan floaty about 4 years ago to use when my niece visited, so now it was time to make its way over to his house. It could have fit the two of us!
We enjoyed grilling out and just hanging out. Even the pups got on my swan floaty! If you are celebrating today, have a great 4th of July!
