05 Feb Amazon Prime Purchases as of Late
It’s February already!
I’m sharing some goodies I have purchased on Amazon lately, from books, to dog puzzles, home and clothes.
Hello friends,
I hope you enjoyed your weekend! We actually had a warm enough day that my hubby, mom and I all sat at a scratch kitchen for lunch outside! It was so nice, and days where we can sit outside are ones I look forward to. We also saw a Chicago Tribute band at a new Arts Center that is practically in our backyard.
This is going to be a busy week with me and the dog shelter. I am volunteering for several events, one an adoption and another is dogs that are being rescued from St Thomas. We might have to go to the airport for them. Too bad we don’t actually get to go to St Thomas to get them. 🙂
Dog Puzzles
If your pups need some extra mental stimulation, these puzzles are wonderful to keep them entertained and engaged! This level 4 one keeps my 14 year old girl busy and she loves it! My boy finishes this in 5 minutes, so I will get a more challenging one for him, but it is a great one to start with!
Well, not a puzzle per say, but this doggy treat tumbler has them interacting and using their paws or nose to figure out how to get those treats. They both enjoy this as well!
Dog Licking Mats for Baths
These are genius! My shih tzus are not huge fans of the bath, but these mats stick to the side of your tub. You put a bit of peanut butter on each mat, and while they are distracted, you can give them a bath without hardship. Mine enjoy it. ( as do I for bathing them!) There are other surfaces as well in which they can be used.
It can also be used for slowing down eating if your dog or cat eats wet food.
Book
I’ll be getting this book, The Women, by Kristin Hannah, as it comes out Feb 6th, and I can’t wait to read it. I watched an interview with her, and the story is about the women nurses during World War II.
Makeup/SkinCare
When I am not using YSL Eclat primer (I use when I go out), other days when I want a less expensive primer, I recommend this Maybelline Primer, that does not pill, and goes on smoothly.
I wanted to try a new moisturizer, and this ROC retinol correction received good reviews. I also added Roc retinol eye cream. I am giving it a go for my crow’s feet, so I will have to report back on how it works. If you have a product that works well on your crow’s feet, let me know in the comments!
If you want to try and eyeshadow primer, but don’t want to pay the price of Urban Decay, this Milani eyeshadow primer is a great buy!
I bought Aquaphor as it is recommended for dry or cracked skin, and it works wonders for this winter.
I’ve just started dry shampoo, which is a spray in between washes. If you don’t want to wash you hair too frequently, this is great for helping to stop the oils in your hair, leaving it refreshed.
House
We just bought a new dining room table, so I have purchased this lovely table runner for it.
This runner is for Spring and will be used for our table in the front lobby.
Another house item, this Family home decor goes with our great room, and our Farmhouse decor.
Clothes-Workout wear
These jackets have been great for walking or running, as they wick away the moisture and look great too. It’s motivating as well to have nice workout clothes.
Pink one.
I have these beyond soft lounge pants, and I will wear them to walk, run, or just lounge. I also wear them to the Dog shelter. The testament to how soft they are, is that I have 4 pairs of them in different colors! 🙂
So tell me, do you have questions about these buys or tell me what have you purchased from Amazon as of late?
Join me tomorrow as I host Turning Heads Tuesday Linkup. Linkup your blog posts or IG posts and meet other bloggers.
Have a great day!
