Hello Ladies Did you ever attend a meet-up, conference, or blog event that got your juices flowing or gave you added inspiration? The Influencers at Midlife Conference, hosted by Robin Lamonte of Hello I'm 50ish  and Nine Bandoni, of Sharing a Journey in Alpharetta, GA this weekend, did just that. The Conference was Friday-Sunday, located at the Hotel at Avalon, a new 1 yr old modern posh hotel not far from Huntersville, where I live.

Good Morning Ladies! I was so thrilled to be able to go to the Influencers of Midlife Conference over the weekend, and I will be getting that post together soon. So, stay tuned! However, one of those wonderful ladies I met was Jessica, my contact through Soft Surroundings, and it was wonderful to talk and meet her in person and on a personal level. So, as a bit of a segway, I am wearing a very ultra soft grey toned leopard jacket, the Pasha Coat, from Soft Surroundings today, along with a beautiful, unique blue-grey leaf statement necklace also from the company.

 Morning Ladies!Our Winters here are pretty mild,( not today)  where it can be cold in December- February, or we can have days where it is 60 degrees. Today is bitter! I recently received this Teddy Bear nubby coat for Christmas, and it is just the right weight for this climate. The rust color was love at first sight and something different for Winter.
