Is there such a thing as too many florals? No! I say! I suppose I am trying to make up some ground as I am not a gardener, like my mom, who has an enviable backyard surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers surrounding the house. Instead, I have chosen to wear my florals, and today, I am featuring a dress and sandals by Soft Surroundings.

The tee-shirt dress is AS comfortable as my nightgown, but that would get some funny looks in public! Instead, this Soft Surroundings rose pink tee-shirt dress ( the Laredo Dress) is perfect for a day out running errands, for an outdoor summer concert, or at the beach. This is very casual for me, but in these settings I would wear this for sure. I loved the embroidery on the dress and the midi length as well. You know me. My hair. I joke with my hubby with talk of a morbid sarcastic nature, What would people say about me? "Well, she had great hair!". Kidding, kidding. I had an interesting discussion with my hair stylist the other day. Why do women over 40+ feel that they need to go shorter with their hair?
She stared at me from across the computer screen. Bright red flowers adorned her and the ruffled accented sleeves just made her more adorable in my eyes. I am talking about my new dress! Yes, I was browsing the Zara site as I often do several times a week, and saw this dress. If I keep going back to look at something, with interest, most often it is something that calls out to me. With a plentiful closet, this is how I am buying clothing these days, I HAVE TO LOVE IT- and I love it! and... there were a couple of birthday celebrations over the weekend too.
