Urban OutfittersHello LadiesAs I mentioned in an earlier post this week, "What goes around, comes around." We know this to often be the case the fashion trends. I remember in college wearing a favorite pair of brown beaded lace up espradrille sandals. Where did they end up?  They remind me of summer, the ease of wear and the style that goes with anything, skirts, white pants, shorts. There are ones made of leather, fabric, and ones that lace up. There are flats, one with small heels and then there are wedges. I had mostly wedges when I could wear them. ...

IMG_7477Hello Ladies,I wanted to title this: My Off The Shoulder-Dont-Care-If -I'm-Older-Dress, but decided to keep it simple! :-)I debated about whether I should post my military jacket neutral look today or yesterday, Monday. I like to share the various styles and looks that are fun for me and my interest in wearing a ruched style in a striped dress,  fitted military jacket and cargo pants, white jeans with metallic slips ons or today's trendy look with the off the shoulder floral dress. I have also been buying a few more pairs of pants I have deemed comfortable enough for me to wear, and ones I have been eyeing, the straight ankle trouser.  IMG_7380Hello Ladies and Happy Monday ( once Ive had my coffee)..Repeat after Me! I like neutrals yes indeed! ( I like neutrals yes indeed)Military jackets...just not in tweed (repeat)   ..   ( its too hot! :-)) just go with it!Like to know just how to style ( repeat)Read ahead ..might take awhile..Sound off.. 1..2..  Ha, Ok. I never said I do not possess a goofy sense of humour! Hey, I sing and talk to my dogs every day, right? I thought today I would change it up, as I like to do from time to time. Recently, I have worn stripes HERE,  this look, and more jeans. I know I have a feminine style, but there are days where I want to "dress down" but look put together and have fun with fashion wearing something different. I have had this military jacket from LOFT for years and haven't worn it much. I just decided, why not? I love the raw edges and the brass buttons, as well as the shape commanding a more feminine feel, not a boxy look.

IMG_7428IMG_7419Hello LadiesI am here to tell you about a fun fashion challenge that I did over the week in connection with Concord Mills Mall, in NC. They contacted me to see if I was interested in a  Challenge called: Work the Shirt. Myself, along with other bloggers, were given this soft chambray top from the LOFT. The Mall has a sale called: Accessorize Your Spring from May 7-31st where shoppers could enjoy savings at the mall and find many accessories to update or create new spring looks. I decided to do the challenge as I thought it would be fun and I could add a few items that are trending right now to my wardrobe. With me, as you know, having EDS, I had to look at the map ahead of time to discern where I was going to go to maximize my time. I can not stand or walk long periods at the mall, but I was up for the challenge as I had planned out ahead of time what I wanted to achieve. I was able to shop for these items using the $100 Simon Mall Gift card that was supplied to me for the challenge.
