13 Feb Pink Moto, Green Blouse, Floral Skirt-Combining Pantones Spring Colors
Hello Friends,
I hope your weekend was a good one ! It always goes by rather quickly to me, and I have been having a few challenging days with my health. I am presently titrating off a medication but I am experiencing some of the side effects of doing so, along with extra pain. I think my muscle aches were having muscle aches! So, when I try to be productive and work on the blog, my body is saying, “No, you need to rest!” I know I need to listen and do just that, so I was lucky I took this pic for the blog on Saturday! Let’s talk about this look and color palette;.
I decided to put together a look using two of my favorite spring colors-rose pink, and green. This was the beginning of my outfit, when I located my Zara floral that I thought would work well with this look. I have liked the combination of pink and burgundy recently, so I added my leather burgundy booties to this for a more “winterized” look.
To get an idea of some of Pantone’s Spring colors and how these colors are incorporated:
I do hope to incorporate more blue hues into my spring wardrobe, but in the meantime, do love the combination of Pale Dogwood and Kale. Although my jacket is a darker pink tone it still works with the green quite well. Think of your wardrobe and look for some more unusual or unexpected pairings. I find this is what keeps fashion interesting!
My hubby and I were laughing, as he cooks using Blue Apron and for the past several months there has been Kale as an ingredient! I told him that “Kale” has now seeped into the fashion world!
What colors from above would you combine or like to style in an outfit from your closet for Spring?

I am excited about Pantone’s spring color palette this year (last year, not so much). Thanks so much for linking up with Fabulous Friday!

Posted at 12:11h, 20 FebruaryLove the print on that skirt! And when I think of pink and green color combo I always think of Lilly Pulitzer, which is not a bag thing at all! But by wearing alternate shades of those colors it creates a completely different look, which is very lovely.
