02 Feb Pumpkin Spice
Welcome to Elegantlydressedandstylish.com! I am happy to share with you my love of fashion, antique jewerly, and just my style in general. If you read my FAQ Page, you will know that I have an incurable disease called Ehlers-Danlos, which is a muscle condition were I do not feel good all of the time. I will do my best at posting as often as I can; I hope you enjoy my fashion ensembles as I do.
I don’t know about you, but I love pumpkin everything in the fall, winter. Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin spice coffee, pumpkin candles, and pumpkin colored clothing! It was a beautiful cool day here, and I had to get my husband to include the colors which presented themselves, and felt very fall apropos, as the green tweed in my skirt, browns and pumpkin colors all came together like leaves on the trees. My boots were also very comfortable, as Dansko had these out last year, and I knew they would be mine. Comfort and style is the key!
I have explained this that with Ehlers Danlos, that my body has muscle issues and is not always cooperative! I have learned to dress comfortably, but with the style I like. The boots are not only a lovely color, but practical, as one does not have to tie them, but use the side zipper. I will have more pics of my jewelry, as I love 1928 jewelry, or Etsy for vintage or antique pieces. That is most of what I wear. I have on a 1928 brown floral jewels in a copper necklace, as well as a brooch to accompany my pumpkin cardigan.
Sweater: Banana Republic ,skirt Loft( similar), boots( Dansko, similar),necklace, earrings( 1928.com), Handbag: ( Rebecca Minkoff Amorous)
