HAPPY WED!  It finally got cool enough to wear one of my fall outfits! I titled this “Snow Leopard” as it is the combination of the grey and leopard spots, as opposed to the tan and black Leopard that distinguishes it. So at 65-70 degrees, I just said, time to dress for Fall

Today was a good day for me, as I haven’t been out in a couple of weeks due to some health issues. So , I take full advantage and my husband and I went to Firebirds, a nice chain restaurant, where we sat outside, and they are known for their Pineapple Martinis. They soak the pineapples in a huge container with vodka, for 24 hours and they are so delicious!! The restaurant, after almost 8 years of visiting, did some revamping of their menu. I do not eat red meat, so the new Portobello veggie sandwich was right up my alley!! Yum… roasted red pepper, portobello mushrooms, spinach, tomato, and goat cheese. Pretty yummy. Hubby had roast beef, fries, a bit of his usual fare.

I do most of my shopping on-line. 95% as a matter of fact. I know my sizes at the stores I usually frequent, like Ann Taylor, Loft, Banana Republic, so I buy online. From time to time, I like to try on some things. You all know, I dont wear pant often. But I HAD to try on these leather leggings at Ann Taylor, and surprisingly, they did not bother my legs and were comfortable. My size wasn’t there, and I wasn’t ready to pay full price, so I will keep an eye. I also bought something you might not expect me to wear.. ( no clues, you will see it next week).

    I am keen to try a pair of leather leggings but haven’t gotten round to it yet, I also do most of my shopping online as, like you, I can’t get out much. Glad you’re feeling a bit better. Your tights are such a fun accessory to your outfit.

    Ah, how nice, a fellow funky tights lover 🙂 That shrug is very nice and I love the knit dress. I bought something similar for fall. Way inside my comfort zone tho. I buy outside of my comfort zone when I go thrift shopping! But honestly, with every month that passes on the blog, that comfort zone is changing 😉

    I have the same boots – although I bought them from River Island in the UK so maybe not the same! Love the tights aswell 🙂 Thanks for stopping by my blog, I’ve got a chronic pain condition aswell so completely understand the not being able to shop at stores for hours on end.

    Those tights are so wild!

    I find myself sometimes picking up items while thrifting that are too good to pass up which are totally out of my comfort zone. The weird thing is that often they become one of my most loved pieces.

I wish I could thrift shop more, but it mostly is through Ebay and Poshmark, as I dont do well walking and standing for hours, Cool though, that you can get items and then really like them, buying them thrifting.     Love those tights – just too fun and those booties too!

    I rarely purchase clothes that are out of my comfort zone since I will probably end up not wearing it. I have been intrigued by the jogger style pants I see lately and ordered a pair from Old Navy. We will see if I end up keeping it.
