11 Apr Spring Wishes and Wardrobe Mixes
Here is a little bit of things I would consider in my “Spring Wishes” category, whether or not I buy them, or a version of them remains to be seen. I love florals and just adored this a line skirt by Ted Baker, as well as the similar styled pink and yellow fresh floral moto jacket. Boyfriend jeans I have, and here I wanted to show how you could mix them with many things: a floral top and a fuschia bag, a jacket or a chiffon top with a red bag to make it pop. I love floral, so I wouldn’t mind adding a jacket or top or two.
There are many things you can mix together just with this small amount of items, see what you can do with your own wardrobe, how do you mix and match? Do you buy an “investment piece” per season, or just a lot of clothes that you like without paying much attention to what you already have? If you had this many items to work with , how many different outfit could you come up with?

Posted at 22:30h, 14 AprilI am absolutely loving the Ted Baker red skirt and of course the distressed jeans. I can handle the distressed jeans because I know how to make them myself thanks to a tutorial on the Rachel Ray show… but I am going to have to find something similar to that skirt. I love it, I just can’t afford it.

Posted at 10:41h, 15 AprilI know I love Ted Baker too! His spring line has been amazing! My brother lives in NY and I would be very tempted~
You will have to show me how to do the jeans 🙂

Posted at 20:36h, 13 AprilLove these picks! That pink blazer would be such a pick-me-up for spring and a nice touch besides the typical black blazer. I’m not sure whether I splurge or buy smaller pieces – it typically depends on my budget that season, which varies wildly (unfortunately) and my whims and moods 🙂 So far this season, I’m focusing more on my daughter than on me since she’s needing things for a job. It’s almost more fun than buying for me! (almost, haha!)

Posted at 21:18h, 13 AprilThank you. Please stop by anytime I am thinking of doing some jean posts in a week or so, maybe boyfriend and flare. I think I mentioned I belonged to a jean forum before my disease hit, and I was able to wear denim much more as it didn’t bother my legs, due to sensitivity. But you and your daughter had me thinking about doing a few posts for fun. I did add more to my spring wardrobe this spring, but also consider buying some different staple pieces that may cost more, but I would have for years to come. I, too loved the blazer, and am now a fan of Ted Baker and his dresses and feminine line. Now, if I could afford much of it! I bet it is fun to buy for your daughter too.!

Posted at 11:54h, 12 AprilHi Elle, Thanks. Yes, I would do some financial “damage” if I went in that store! You know I love that jacket as well. I think there are quite a few items to mix and match here. . I am still looking for a crisp white jacket for spring.
Thank you for the compliment! Enjoy your weekend.
