Bold Style and Fun with Designer Eva Varro

Ah, summer nights. Date nights. Dresses. I love it all! I am sharing with you this wrinkle-free  fabulous dress by LA Designer Eva Varro, on the blog today.

Style and Fun with Eva Varro- L.A. Designer

Who wants to blend in ? As an almost 55 year old, let’s stand out!

Wearing Los Angeles clothing designer, Eva Varro, you are going to do just that!
Eva had a mission to dress women of all ages, and who doesn’t love that. I feel that as a midlifer ( my mom said, “Midlifer!) Ok, I may not make it to 110, but you know the term. We want to feel bold, we want to express ourselves with fashion, we can stand out.

“Eva Varro graduated from the Fashion Institute of Budapest, Hungary and honed her talent working for several leading fashion design companies in Hungary and Italy.”

Eva’s designs are often worn by celebrities, and the construction of her clothes makes them stand out. The fit is perfection! The material is comfortable, has stretch, and looks great on a ladies figure.

The garments are washable and wrinkle free because they are made of high quality fabrics superceding other less expensive lines.

I also love that the designs are made with love in the USA.

The dress I am wearing caught my eye with the pink and black design and the ribbon and cross bodice design. The A-line shape is flattering on all figures and I chose to wear it with my Tarshay braided sandals. The large pink flower earrings are another nod to the bolder print.

I have shared some of her designs on my REELS(  REEL 1, 2, 3 )  and will continue to do so. So, if you would like to see bold and beautiful styles and fits from Eva Varro, follow me HERE.

The fit and the fun colors and prints really make her designs special! You will feel great wearing her designs

What’s Goin On?

I haven’t done a blog post about “this” yet, but I wonder how many people read the blogs, over looking at the pictures on Instagram. I know there is only so much time in a day! This is my 9th year writing, and I still enjoy it, but I would love to hear from some readers. Are you more inclined to go to IG now? Do you enjoy reading the articles here?

On another note, my mom is here, and my brother and his family is coming the 1st of July. We will celebrate all of our Birthdays on the 4th. We have Charleston SC planned, a beach trip, and basically since it is so hot then, it will be the hotel’s pool and the beach! My hubby and I however missed going on a boat at Martha’s Vineyard (as we went off season), so I made reservations for a Sunset Schooner, and look forward to that. I see lots of pool days this summer. If you missed my post on “Bits and Bobs, what I am loving right now”, have a read. I may just have a few book suggestions in there as well.

Have you tried or heard of Eva Varro? I’d love to hear what design you would choose?

This dress was gifted to me, all opinions are mine and are truthful .

This is a fantastic dress. So flattering. I am still a fan of blogs, but I do not get to them like I used to. I spend more time in Instagram, as that is often what is easiest to access and see on my phone. However, being a blogger, I know a lot of our subscribers do not do Instagram. In fact I have quite a few who don’t even do Facebook any more, so I think it is still important to have this presence on the internet where people can come and feel like they are able to spend time with us. Sounds like you are having a great summer. Enjoy! – Amy

I do love Eva Varro and have seen many of her pieces on IG. But I still love blogs. There’s only so much you can find on IG.

This is a beautiful dress and it looks very stunning. The black and pink really mixes well together for such a standout piece. And I adore that it’s wrinkle free! I still have my IG account but only really look at it for less than 10 minutes in an entire month. I try to see if it’s worth coming back to but I just can’t seem to get back to it. I know that having a blog and social media goes hand in hand especially to grow but I am okay with the few readers that I have. But I do hope you keep blogging because I do enjoy visiting and reading what’s going on in your neck of the woods! Speaking of, I am so excited for your Charleston trip! I have been wanting to go there and I can’t wait to hear about what you think.

Jess your blog is fabulous and you just can’t get that kind of content on IG. Needless to say I am not a fan of IG. I do check it out for about 5 minutes every few days or less ( I like the dog reels) but usually I get bad feelings from it. I see and hear so many influencers being abused so badly. I am in shock at how mean women can be to women. It depresses me for hours. And the damage it is doing to the mental health of those of all ages is something that I can’t be a part of. It’s a catch 22 for sure.

As you know I have a blog and I wonder at times if it is worth the effort. But I really enjoy the artistic side of blogging and have many readers that have been with me for the almost ten years I have been blogging. The downside of not participating in IG and other social media is I don’t get a lot of new readers. But I would rather have readers who want to be at my blog. It’s a choice I made several years ago and I am fine with it.

Loving your dress and whole look! And thank you for blogging!

    Peace!
    Cheryl

Thank so much for this post. I am a new subscriber and not on IG. Your blog is wonderful. As a woman several years your senior I have found many of your ideas helpful and modern. The last thing we 70+ ladies want is to look frumpy. Your taste is exquisite, I am glad I found you.

The designer on this blog, Eva Varro is wonderful. . Thank you for introducing her. to your subscribers.

    Jill
