07 Feb THT- Clara Sunwoo – New Dress Styled Several Ways
Clara Sunwoo dress from New Arrivals- Cruise Collection
Yes, I am a fan.
I want simplicity when it comes to travel, and the new Clara Sunwoo Cruise collection, is the perfect way to buy pieces that serve you well for travel or everyday wear.
What I love is that they don’t wrinkle. So, novel idea, when you get off a plane to your destination, you don’t look like you slept the whole way there. Also, you can build a capsule wardrobe with pieces you can mix and match. These pants would be the perfect start to your travel capsule. Add this top and this top and you have several mixing outfits.
Today, though, I am sharing this crushed silk knit maxi, styled a few different ways. The fabric and of course bold floral spoke to me, as well as did the blue shade. I want to envision myself on an island somewhere, wearing this dress. “Aruba, Jamaica, …ooh, I want to take you… Bahamas.” You get my drift.
You could wear this out to dinner in the Spring, or style it more casually with a white denim jacket and slides. You don’t have to save it for that trip but wear it as soon as the weather permits. We actually had a 60-degree day the other day.
The material is light, and easy to wear. In my Instagram Reels, I styled it three ways. So do check that out!
I love the knot detail at the waist, it is very flattering, as is the sapphire blue color. The front slit adds to the sexy appeal.
I styled it as is, and then with a pair of strappy white Zara sandals. The crinkled leather Treesje bag is a perfect compliment to the crinkly silk material of the dress.
The second way is a more casually styled dress. I added my white jacket, ( or you could add a white or denim jean jacket), a pair of white leather slide sandals, and my favorite rattan white circle bag, giving it a more casual vibe you could wear any day in the Spring.
Here are the details from the website.
- Wrinkle Free
- Travel Friendly
- Ultra Lightweight Soft Knit Fabric
- Crushed Silky Texture
Here is a tunic top with the same print that is lovely.
I have written about this Mother Daughter business before, so if you missed that post READ IT HERE.

I recently got over my set back with PN, but the burning nerve pain is still there. I am working on strengthening my hip and stabilizing my pelvis with PF PT. I just recently had a Ganglion of Impar block done. Ganglion what? Who? I know! It addresses all of the nerves near the sacrum. I’ve also been on Lyrica for over 2 weeks now, and its starting to help. Probably going over to my brother’s house for the Superbowl. So, something to look forward to.
I appreciate all your comments here on the blog and am making every effort to visit and comment as well. I do get behind.
