Hello Ladies

I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!
I know one of the trends this season is an all white look. I truly think it is a trend each summer, but it does not make me desire this look any less.
Wearing all black in the summer is tough, let’s face it, when it is 95 degrees and the sun is beating down, black is probably the color I choose least in the summer months, excluding the LBD. However, white, its cool, fresh, light air about itself, draws me in. Something fresh and clean about an all white look.

I have been searching for this elusive all white dress. Not ivory, not cream, not ecru, but stark white. It is hard to find!! I find one that looks too boxy, another too short. So, I compromised this time and decided to pair a bright white blazer I found at H & M with a pair of skinny jeans from Loft. White with rips. I like it that way sometimes! It also took me forever to find a stark white blazer! I would look and found either ones too boxy or else too pricey. On a whim, I went into HM one day,and under the sale sign, it was staring right at me! Inside I am thinking “please have my size, please have my size., and at the back, like it was meant to be, there it was! I love that it is well made and fitted. I added a nude pair of Sofft sandals with a 1.5 inch wedge heel, a neutral statement necklace, gold leaf earrings and just a bit of leopard print for added interest.

The pretty lily ( there was a bouquet) were just a thoughtful gift for the day. I love lilies and roses among other flowers. 🙂 and I just noticed as I am working on this,that I seemed to have forgotten my sunglasses on this post , probably due to the fact that I was in the shade…or my memory is now fleeting!

    Well, don’t you just rock a white blazer and jeans. Swit swoo, BIG time. Love this look on you. Of course, you have gorgeous legs that just go on forever which look fabulous in jeans. Isn’t it satisfying when you finally find an item you’ve been looking for? I must find time to try to do an all white look but I fear because I’m so pale, I may end up looking invisible!

      Thank you! Trying some looks Iove i havent posted yet, I am a fan of the blazer but some days too hot here. Thank you for the legs compliment, I am going to try and wear more jeans, the sensitivity in my legs isnt as bad as long as they are a soft pair. You should go for it!
