  Good Morning Friends,I hope everyone had a great weekend.  We went to the Sheep Dog trials and it was so interesting! Plus, I was in my element being surrounding my pups everywhere. Are you well into your Holiday shopping, or do you wait until after Thanksgiving. I have talked to some friends who decide to go for a weekend somewhere special, having memories make up their Christmas present. I have thought about going back to the Grove Park Inn one year in Jan or Feb, enjoying the time of year where everything is in slow motion, dark and cold. Well,...

Happy Friday friends!It has been a bit tougher several weeks as I have been getting dry needling to try and get back on track after Asheville. It really is my saving grace. If you don't know about dry needling, read HERE. It is not accupuncture, but helps release muscular knots in the body. Before you know it, the Holiday season will be upon us, and there will be Gift Guides and Black Friday Sales etc.. on blogs, so i thought I  would do something fun and share a bit more about myself, besides my love for Fashion. Good morning friendsI hope you had a great weekend! I have been doing a bit of binge watching tv on days that I am "down for the count'. and am enjoying 'Stranger Things", "Ray Donovan" although it hasn't been the best season, and "Mindhunter' a great new character-driven show about the people who began the process of interviewing criminals in order to develop the psychological profile for the FBI's BAU.Now, however is  the time of year where I begin the hunt for Christmas presents. Good Morning friendsThere is nothing like Fall. I love it, it has always been my favorite season as i love the chill in the air, the changing of leaves, hiking, camping, and wearing Fall Fashion. As you think of Fall and Fall hues, what colors spring to mind?
