IMG_5826Hello LafiesI was happy to be contacted by a The Mint Julep Boutique recently, as they have lovely styles that both fit my taste, as well as satisfy our interest in some of the hottest trends this season.With fur vests, plaid in dresses and shirts, stylish boots and booties, and some faux leather skirts and jackets, many items are on trend and very flattering to the figure. This lace dress, the Juliet was definately ME, so I chose it, You can find it here. You all know I love lace, and I wanted a LBD, so this was the right choice.

IMG_5788Happy Monday LadiesI hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend as it gets closer to the Holidays. We have finally put up the tree, I have send my relatives and parents the gifts I wrapped, and have gone out a bit. When Black Friday came around, I did not go hog wild or break the bank, I am rather good with my budget. THis skirt did "call out to me" right off the bat. It was love at first sight. If I had been at Ann Taylor, I would have said, we saw each other across the room and it was love from the start. The fine knitted detail of the lace with an offwhite color and flecks of gold, was GOING to be in my closet!

IMG_5767TGIF! How are things going the closer it gets to Christmas Ladies? We planned on putting up the tree last weekend, so here we are today planing to put up all of our decorations. Time just slipped away, and we have been busy, mostly like everyone I speak with. At least I have my puppies in their Santa Suits :-) I wanted to wear another of my velvet jackets to add more color, texture and silouette with this sweater dress.
