REALHER Makeup I’m Loving for Fall

I wrote about REALHER makeup before HERE, and was excited to promote a brand that I enjoy wearing that also has a greater pupose to their brand.

Bye Bye Gallbladder

First, friends, let me say, I am grateful for all of the well-wishes I have received on here and social media.  The Gallbladder surgery was my first surgery and I was a bit nervous. All went well with the Laproscopic procedure, and I did alot of resting , reading and watching television for the first week. ( Thursday). I really takes about 2 weeks to feel better and a bit more to get the energy level back. I just thank the Lord I didn’t get the same open surgery my mom did over 20 years ago. The gas pain and bloating caused significant pain and I felt like my tummy looked 2 months pregnant, or else had a big food baby! The Co2 they put in your body, in order to see your organs for surgery does dissapate into your tissues, so at the 1 week mark, I am back to normal in that regard.

I have to stay away from greasy, fatty foods, which I don’t eat much of anyway, but I do love my cheese. Looks like its going to be 2percent or soy milk, along with low-fat cheeses. Both the surgeon and my GP beleived my case was hereditary, as my mom and dad both had their Gallbladders out.

I was told to do some short walking. Since, I was mostly in my pjs and nightgowns for the week, I did what my mom did at home when it was too cold…( in this case, I wasn’t ready to go down the street)  I walked in circles from the Great Room, kitchen, and Living Room. I am sure it looked a bit crazy. The dogs were staring at me!

Since it is taking a bit out of me, energy wise, I am posting this week, as I love writing and this has given me something to work on while recovering. I see my doc in another week to look at the stitches and to talk about when I can work out again.

REALHER makeup

Before the surgery, I was gifted some makeup products launched recently by REALHER makeup. Who doesn’t love a great matte lip color?

I realize with masks, we may not be wearing lipstick as much these days, but we don’t wear them 24/7.

It was nice to have a pick me up and also makeup to try by a brand I believe in. They are cruelty-free, vegan and paraben free.

They are  lovely matte colors and my favorite is I am Enough, a warm nude, for everyday wear. The red is also sensational!

“I am a Godess” is a dark plum, which I will try and mix with another shade to lighten, or wear when I want a dramatic look.

You have seen “I am Amazing” in a lipstick before on me here in this post.

This is “I am Amazing” in lipstick form, and I have also received the matte lipstick below I do like the brightness of this color.

Gibby photobombing the REALHER new matte collection.

Matte lipstick- a favorite of this collection . a warm nude. “I am Enough”

Encouraging phrases- “I am Brilliant“- a matte pink mauve

Matte lip color- a dark red with ( blue undertones, which I prefer over the orange-red) “I am Tough”

When I look back over the last 10 years, I can say that with certainty! I have dealt with Pudendal Neuralgia ( impingement of the pudendal nerve in the pelvis), gone to lengths to find an EDS diagnosis, and now am dealt with surgery. Life does throw you challenges!

Thank you RealHER for sending me these products

Have you tried REALHER lip colors? What shades do you gravitate towards?

Have a great day!

Stay Safe,

Jess xx

Glad you have the surgery behind you and are on the road to recovery. My daughter consulted a medium about this time last year who told her I would have gall bladder surgery in the next year or two. Hmm. Will try to remember to walk!! And to avoid heavy, greasy food which I generally do anyway, as well.

I love the orangey color – I am Amazing? I had a lip tint several years ago that was similar in color and one of my favorite shades to wear. It looks lovely on you.

Thank you Leslie! The walking does help move the Co2 gas, but I think most gets absorbed through your tissues. I love these shades too and it is fun to try ones that I will experiment with as well. Enjoy your week!
