19 Mar My Spring Wish List

Good Morning!

I am in on my way to NYC …leavin on a jet plane… and the puppies are safe in my neighbor’s hands. I thought i would post this topic today, as I make my way to the VICEROY Hotel, across from Central Park for an exciting Jambu Event! I will be there later today, and this evening will begin the event with a “Meet and Greet” with several other bloggers from Jambu. I will be writing 1-2 posts about the event and am quite excited to have been invited, as a Brand Ambassador for Jambu, they are an amazing company! So, i’ll put the event info on hold and just tell you to follow me on INSTAGRAM AND INSTASTORIES FOR ALL OF THE DAY’S ACTIVITIES AND EXCITEMENT IN NYC.  I I will be shooting a FACEBOOK LIVE VIDEO with Jambu at 8:30 am Tuesday March 20th, if you want to catch that! In the meantime, let’s talk about some of the items on my Spring Wish List! 

One thing.. did you remember Daylight Savings? Losing sleep, ah oh! I need all the sleep I can get or I don’t function well! I am the type that can’t rest her mind at the end of the night.. I say goodnight, and lay awake as my brain decides to go on full throtlle, without letting me have peace!  ( I think I get this from Mom!) Anyhow, at least it will be lighter in the evenings!

This is the time where I take stock of what I have in my Spring wardrobe, what I want to add, and what i am loving! I am working with various brands and have been gifted some very lovely sandals for this Spring, but can a girl have too many shoes? My husband cracked me up the other day as he said, while we were shopping, “Jess, you’re getting your NEEDS and WANTS mixed up!” Well, if that were the case, I suppose I would need one pair of sandals , a pair of dressy shoes and a pair of sneakers in life, but what’s the FUN in that?  So… with that, I would love a pair of white sandals ore shoes to go with my dresses, wear with jeans.. etc.

Not sure these will be the exact items, but at least a guide of what I would love to add.

Spring Wish List

Love these! This Topshop pair is calling my name! I love the woven leather, the heel height and the elastic back.

These are the second pair I would consider by Mango. Don’t you love the flowers in the transluscent heel?

There is nothing like a pretty midi dress to get you in a Spring mood. I would pair this with a moto jacket for cooler evenings and it is a dress I can transition to other seasons. Love the red and bright colors.

Spring tops- I love soft colors, and could use some new tops that aren’t floral. :-)I want some textured white tops for Spring-Summer

Jumpsuit- I would love a floral or a khaki jumpsuit and love this Mango one with cropped legs. Important for a tall girl that doesn’t want a jumpsuit that is too short!

I really love the olive, khakis, safari look each year. I would love a dress for summer to dress up with a straw bag. This is a different take on camo is from Mango.

Sunglasses. Oh, how I wish I didn’t need a prescription! Coastal has some great styles, as does Warby Parker. I have a larger oversized pair, but would love these, love the soft pink. We wear sunnies quite often in the South!

White. I love white in the Spring and summer. Loving white dresses, tops…

I have a straw clutch, but with white and khakis, I love this round bamboo bag.
