Turning Heads Linkup- Jambu Anita Boots Styled

Hello Ladies,

It’s getting to be that time of year. The time we all go “Ga-Ga” over the new selection of boots, booties and footwear for the Fall season.  You read about how thrilled i was to be able to wear the rich suede style of the Jambu’s Canary, with its ankle strap and platform cushioned shoe. Now, I want to share with you another of Jambu’s Fall New Arrivals  the Anita boot. I truly enjoy collaborating with Jambu,

i do want to point out, that Jambu is offering my reader’s 20% off full priced items using code STYLISH17.

I can’t stress enough how I love the memory foam in Jambu’s shoes and how they feel like I am wearing glorified sneakers! ( But a whole lot prettier!) For me, as I imagine, many ladies, COMFORT is KEY! And of course, STYLE Is important! These boots have Dual Density Insoles and All Terra Traction Outsoles for both of those needs.

This boot, the Anita, has both! I love the clean,  sleek look of this leather bootie, in a popular Chelsea style. The shape of the boot with it’s rubber platform sole, makes it easy to walk in and stylish to ‘boot’! (Pun intended)~  I can see myself pairing these with anything from textured tights with dresses and skirts as well as trousers and jeans. They have the same kind of block heel as the Canary, so I find them great to walk in. They are some comfortable booties!

Since i have hypermobility, I can not stand for a long period of time. Doing this photo shoot, i was able to walk around in the boots in comfort, so walking and sitting is no problem in these gorgeous boots.

“A timeless block-heeled Chelsea boot, the Anita is made with premium Italian leather and accents of soft kid suede.”-Jambu site*

Today, I wanted to style these with some flared jeans as I saw these with a fun modern, yet 70s vibe and decided jeans it is! We did the photo shoot at one of our favorite Greenways to walk, and it was the place to do so. Jambu is not only about shoes, but having an active lifestyle and comfortable shoes are a must for doing so. We often take the pups here to walk, and it seemed just the right location. I will be wearing these a lot this Fall.

I wanted to style these boots with jeans and have a black and olive color scheme. I am wearing my olive moto I received in my box from Natalie Attired, as well as my Lynne Ritchie black choker top. I broke up the solid color scheme with a brocade structure bag from ZARA.

The ANITA comes in 2 colors- Black leather and Eggplant.

Here are the Specs for the ANITA:

  • Premium leather upper
  • SATRA (the independent testing organization and technical authority for footwear and leather) certified water resistant
  • Partially recycled rubber All-Terra outsole
  • Memory foam footbed
  • Pull on
  • Weight: 15.17 oz
  • Heel Height: 3.35 in heel with a 1 in platform
  • Shaft: 4.72 in
  • Circumference: 9.45 in

Easy slip on style

Outfit details: Anita booties c/o Jambu * c/o these boots were gifted to me by Jambu shoes. All opinions are my own.

I started out by gushing over your moto jacket, Jess, then the choker top (so subtly sexy), and then the jeans with their distressed cuffs. Then I saw your brocade bag and ooh-ed over that as well. Did you pin those adorable insect brooches???

Thanks Sheila! I have a bit of a collection of moto jackets as it is warm here in NC and I don’t have a need for many winter coats. Glad you like the look! Actually, the bag is from Zara and it came with the cute bug pins! I would have added my brooches, but I couldn’t resist this little bag 🙂 Have a great day! xx

I really love the fringe denim paired with these stylish boots. I really need to get a new pair or two of boots this fall, so I’ll need to remember to take a look at these. I also adore that jacket and its color and also the floral bag you have!

Ironically, I talk about shoes and disability in my latest post too. It’s really helpful for the disabled to review fashion items because we have special restrictions and needs. I can’t wear heels anymore at all. So sad! You look really tough and cool in this outfit.

Thank you Emma! These are like sneakers. I don’t stand in a higher heel much as with my hypermobility, that is the hardest thing for me, but walking and sitting are fine. xx
