Hello Ladies!

Another Tuesday, and another Linkup, Turning Heads Tuesday! I truly enjoy seeing everyone’s fashion. Today I had to call my post, ‘The Best of Both Worlds” as I decided to wear this well made forest green lace peplum top by Zara, along with this bright pink and green floral rose pencil skirt from Ann Taylor. You know me, floral and lace, and I am one happy girl!

I was looking up a song that might refer to my post today, and there was a rock tune called Best of Both Worlds by Van Halen, when Sammy Hagar was singer..Not the best song ,but it was either that or Hannah Montana. So, needless to say, there will be no vocal accompaniment for this post today! Haha.

Among my myriad of dresses, I decided it was time for this mix of bright pink and green. I do really like love peplum tops, especially with pencil skirts, and this Zara top was a discovery on Poshmark, Deb from FashionfairyDust is very familiar with this site and just how addictive it can be!

This past weekend was a busy one, and I will tell you more about in a future post but  let’s move on to our wonderful cornucopia of Fashion! Last week we had a record amount of links, and many ladies come to linkup later in the week, if you can, please stop by later in the week, to check on new blog posts.

#TurningHeadsTuesday is growing and I know I have said this, but I do appreciate your support, we need to do a virtual fashion/wine drinking linkup sometime, although the time zones could prove to be a challenge!

My Co-Host today is the lovely Kim Morgan from Kim Adams Morgan who, with her family and has recently moved to California. According to Kim, “We have a saying in our home, “Everyday’s a fashion day.” I’m a lover of shoes, fashion and home design. I also have a slight (okay, massive) addiction to chocolate and coffee” . Kim and I share a common thread where we both have a connective tissue disease, but it doesn’t seem to impair our love for fashion or define who we are.!

Follow her on Bloglovin and on Facebook.  It is much appreciated!

Today the ladies in our Fashion Spotlight are:

Annette, Lady of Style  in her lovely embellished navy shift dresses. Love the details and the texture cream clutch with it.

Amy, of Straight A Style Blog, where she is conquering two, yes, two trends in one.The romper and this lovely green tropical print!

Third, Cynthia of My Rose Colored Shades, as I love the shape and light printed lilac color in this dress and matching structured bag.

Now, again, get out your glass of Grigio, or your cafe, and sit back and enjoy reading these lovely blogs!

That green top is gorgeous on you. I’m beginning to wear more green. For years I was put off wearing it as my school uniform was bottle green!

And what fabulous nails. You truly are green-fingered! I would never have thought to colour nails green but it works. I need to be more adventurous with nail colour. I tend to stick to hot pink in the summer and dark cherry in the winter, so your colour choice has inspired me.

Hi Lovely! I am glad you like this look, I have incorporated more greens and blues into my spring pallete. The nails I like to do at home, because believe it or not, I feel I like to do it on my own schedule and when I want. I just buy the Gelish gel color from Amazon, and use my LED lamp. It is fun. I may go with a nude or all white next. The green is fun! Have a lovely week! xx

Another vote for the floral and lace combo! And love the colors, especially with that green polish and white flower necklace. Have been dying to try gel at home Is it difficult to master? Also, those sunglasses are fab. They are perfect with your complexion and hair color. I’m a big fan of cat eye glasses. Got a sizeable collection myself!

Thank you! Theresa I used to wear all black at one time. Hope people dont get sick of my florals. I love cat eye glasses. Mine are prescription and I have about 3 pair, I appreciate it. The gel nails just take some patience, but the same amount you need in a salon, and it saves!
