The brand for this Fall features yellow, oxblood, greens, oranges, in wonderful Fall styles and fabrics. ( velvet, polysilk)

I have collaborated in the past and love the details and fabrics used, and love supporting this brand!  If you missed my previous Caite and Kyla posts- READ THEM HERE: There are others, but I am giving recent examples.

When I look for tops or blouses to add to my wardrobe, I often look for those special details. A bow here, embroidery there, a puffed sleeve.

This top from Caite and Kyla first caught my eye with it’s “oxblood” color. Maroon, plum, burgundy, all beautiful shades for Fall. I decided that since this embroidered blouse was a tunic ,l styling it with my new leggings would be my choice.   Only recently have I  added a few pair to my wardrobe, namely, these Spanx faux leather leggings. I got sucked into their popularity! ( see the pun…sucked in?) LOL. Really, I am not one to wear compression anything, as I find it very uncomfortable, but these were firm without pressing on my internal organs!

The embroidery in this blouse is stunning. It has a mandarin collar and beautiful scalloping and floral embroidery along the bottom hem and cuffs. It has a button, so that you can roll it to 3/4 sleeves if you choose, and I am wearing a small for reference. I added a similar color of plum with my Tressje bag. You don’t have to be matchy -matchy, so any warm Fall tone would work as an accessory, or if you choose a black bag, a textured style is always eye-catching. My croc booties, from Dolce Vita continues to lengthen the leg in the solid black color.

As the weather gets colder, I would style this blouse with a scarf and moto jacket for more layers and interest.

The blouse also comes in Vintage Indigo.

Here are some details from the website *

-Cupra Rayon
-Long Sleeve
-Vintage-inspired embroidery
-Care: Machine wash cold, lay flat to dry or dry clean.

Weekend-

I hope you had a great weekend! I was in the mood to bake part of the weekend, and found this recipe for pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.

They are soft and delicious and pumpkin takes the place of eggs in the recipe. The recipe made way too many cookies for just hubby and I , so I packed up a few dozen for the neighbors. I’m looking at my soup cookbook for some delicious recipes for Fall. I’m craving some Acorn Squash.

Thank you Suzy! I love the detail on the top and the plum color. The faux leather leggings are the Spanx ones, and I got them 1/2 off on Poshmark 🙂
