Are you hanging in there?

We have been at home, at least myself and pups for about 3 weeks now and we just got a County rule for Staying at Home for the next 3 weeks We just continue to take walks outside with the pups and when the weather gets better, we can sit on our back porch to get some Vit D and just feel better.

Sorry I missed Friday’s post. With all that is going on, and me going down on pain medication, I wasn’t feeling well to prepare Friday’s post . This reduction has been different from last with more fatigue, sleepiness, stomach pain, nausea, and anxiety. My muscle pain is constant, so I can’t always detect a change. I watch the news in the morning and then refrain from it, choosing to write, play guitar, cook, etc. My brother and little 2 yr old nephew made a homemade pizza. I got the recipe for molasses cookies from my mom but some groceries are hard to find!

I know getting out and taking walks has been helpful.

I styled a casual look with my olive cargo pants and a top I bought last year at LOFT. I have 3 pairs of these pants in different colors, that is how much I love them. This week I will write about some loungewear you can also wear at home while you are working and/or lounging!

I have bought a few items for Spring this past week, as I am taking advantage of the sales, as well as wanted a bit of a pick me up during these trying times. I knocked a few things off the Spring Wish List such as a pair of caramel leather sandals and a white jean skirt. I also bought a Soma Vanishing 360 bra with front clasp, and boy! I love it. It fits great, is comfortable, and looks great under your clothes.

      Hi Michelle, i am doing much better now and have leveled off with my meds.. Back to the baseline pain level after a 50% drop! I appreciate your comments. Glad you like the outfit! Hugs to you as well!

    Jess, this top is darling! What a great piece to bring all the spring vibes. And those sandals are so adorable that I didn’t even notice your lack of pedicure until you mentioned it! Haha. I think you should enlist Roy to do your pedicure! I am so sorry that you have been experiencing so much pain during this process. I can’t even imagine, but I must say I admire your determination to keep on keeping on. Chronic pain is no joke. I am glad that you are having nice weather to enjoy the outdoors as well. It is so helpful to get that daily dose of fresh air and sunshine. It has just been so cold and rainy here for weeks that I have only been able to enjoy the outdoors a few days out of the past 3 weeks. Hopefully, nice weather is on the horizon.     Those sandals!! I love the flowers along the front. I had a pair similar, but they were thong style, and they broke. Haven’t found another pair like em.

      Thank you! I spotted them on Soft Surroundings a few years ago and was gifted them. They do put me in a Spring state of mind! Aw, Soft Surrounding outlet has these same ones in a blue, no longer a white.

    Olive is so pretty and that floral blouse is perfect for spring weather. We are on stay at home orders and it’s amazing how much I have been loving getting outside. I normally wouldn’t do it as much as I have but it’s been a nice break. The weather is good at the moment – not too hot. Hope you are feeling better my friend!
