Hello Ladies,Boy, it seemed to me that last week flew by. I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. Before I get into talking about comfy shoes, I want to talk about the movie, "Mother!"we saw over the weekend. Well, first, it's 2 hours of my life I won't get back to play with Gibby and Truffy. :-) Second, since Darren Aronofsky, the writer and director is Jennifer Lawrence's boyfriend, I think he asked if she would be in the film.and she didn't want to turn him down. Wow, it was so "in your face" it felt like a 2 hour long metaphor. i understand symbolism and allegory. .Success and Fame vs. Family and Love. Oh well, you win some and you lose some! Note to self; check Rotten Tomatoes. ;-).It is still pretty warm here in Charlotte, with a cool down hopefully, by the end of the month. With all of the hiking and walking we enjoy doing, especially in the Fall, I am introducing you today to a shoe brand for comfort, style and healthy feet called 
Happy Friday friends!Boy do I wish I had more pictures that i could share with you of my hair back in the '80s. Yes, i was into heavy metal, I played a Stratocaster guitar, and I had BIG HAIR! I know there was never a back yard bonfire, so they have to be somewhere at my mom's house. I do remember when I was of drinking age, having a can of "Coors light" on my leg, my red electric guitar making it's debut, me all in black and a head of big curled hair in the picture. I was cool. ( or at least i thought that at the time). Remember Aqua-Net? I think I owned stock in the company!
Happy Turning heads Tuesday ladies!We had a fun weekend at "Woofstock", a music, food truck and brewery event in NoDa, an arts district near where I live. I couldn't pass up a doggy event! There were several Dog Rescues there, waiting for adoption, as well as the entrance fee going to support the charity. You all know how much i love dogs, as it was a good time! As for Fashion, today, I decided to take out my plaid vest, ( plaid is hot this season!) and style a look around it.
