When I was looking at the two lines of sunglasses in the Warby Parker Sunglass Line, (click here for Summer 2014) , I thought to myself, their Sunglass line has an air of fun, laid back style,and classic fashion, but also many of the frames come in a wood like quality, a more casual, outdoorsy look. On the other hand, the Karlie Kloss line , states more of a high fashion, look-at-me, elegant style that can be worn with dressy skinny jeans, to fashionably colorful midi skirts, evening dresses and the like. That is not to say one has to dress a certain way to wear the Warby Parker line, just different moods and scenerios are more favorable for certain styles. Warby Parker is a company out of New York whose glasses are very popular and known worldwide.
Hello Ladies!Hope ya’ll had a lovely weekend. Today is mine and my husband’s 13th Anniversary! Hard to believe. When someone asks how long we have been married, we usually jokingly respond ” 13 years, but it feels like 30! ” This is only partially a joke. We dated for 3 years, so it has been 16 years, and he is my best friend too, so it feels like we have known each other longer. We actually met, in ECP, the Explorers Club of Pittsburgh, when I lived there for 32 years. I was dying to take their Rock Climbing Class, to learn to climb rock faces, and he also joined the class.
Hello Ladies,Did you ever wake up to the strangest sounding bird? This morning I open up my door to see just how hot it is going to be in the Carolinas today. I hear this bird, in a high pitched tone call, " Oh, My God!" "Oh My God". I was cracking up. I remember hearing this same bird recently when I was in bed thinking there was someone outside calling for help. I have never heard a bird like this. What would a bird say Oh, my God for anyway?
