Hello Lovely Ladies,

Just looking at this dress makes me think I ought to be at a garden party. The pink, the blue flowers with the green leaves stemming out as if the dress represents the flowers I would love in a garden.

Today is Friday, so a bit of short and sweet is what I will leave you with. Here in North Carolina where I live, the idea of a garden would be lovely, but not always feasible in the temperatures we endure. So, instead, I wear my Garden Party dress with open toe shoes ad quilted lady-like steel blue Kate Spade bag, that so closely resembles the roses in the dress.

I added touches of green in my earrings, necklace and cardigan, almost as the fresh grass reminds one of spring and gardens. Instead of a garden party, I am much more of a tea party kind of girl! Not the political type I tell you, but the kind with small little sandwiches, delicious teas and shortbread.

    I love, love, love floral print dresses and this one is so lovely. Got a nice retro vibe to it. I’ve never bought a Karina dress. But I like that classic vintage inspired style and print. Will have to check them out!

    It’s a gorgeously warm day in London and your dress just fits the bill. Makes me want to go put on my garden party dress too! And I love the vintage style necklace. Has an Art Deco feel about it.

    I’m right there with you on tea parties: I adore a good afternoon tea. In fact, I had one for my hen do – afternoon tea with the girls at The Dorchester Hotel (very swanky) in London overlooking Hyde Park. Happy memories. Thanks for taking me on a stroll down memory lane.
