This is the last in a series from readers.com, showcasing the Make a Statement Collection. There was sun out this afternoon, as this winter was strange in Charlotte, a few days you see people bundled in winter coats, then the shorts and t-shirts come out.       As soon as I saw this skirt in one of Ann Taylor's catalogues, I knew it was mine! I love the quilting, slightly a-line structure of the skirt, and who can't use another black skirt in their wardrobe?. I have had some compliments of this particular color of olive green top with my copper hair, so decided to pair it with the skirt. Of course, I need to be be-jeweled.  Today it was very brrrrr here in Charlotte, NC, with the high of 32 degrees. I moved away from Pittsburgh to get away from cold! Anyhow, I went to physical therapy and prior to, took some quick pictures outside near this frozen pond, where I used to bike ride at 19mph or so. Looking to get a biking Trike this year if I am able. I did have a coat on top of this, but took it off for the pics.
