Karina dress Megan in English Rose
Hello Friends!I hope everyone had a great weekend. I love the Spring season, but I am hoping it will last this year, as some years here in Charlotte, Spring flies by and melds into summer.. The heat takes over and it was a mere blip on the calendar! So in celebrating the Spring months, I am wearing my favorite style of Karina Dress, the Megan. I love the 1940s style dress and the vintage vibe. There is a great selection of Karina Spring dresses in differnt cuts, styles and prints.Dark florals are very on trend currently, so the combination of the cut and style was for me. The dress is navy, with pinkish-red flowers and budding green leaves. With that, I decided to style it with this boiled wool ruffled jacket as there is still a chill in the air. Its not quite spring yet, as much as we wish for it.
Hello friends,This is a Sponsored post and I was gifted this dress in exchange for a review. As, always my opinion is 100% my own and truthful.I want to introduce you to
Hello friends,Well, it has been one of those weeks! I am usually "on the ball" when it comes to posts, but I was running behind lately. I had Dry Needling PT yesterday, and had to come home and do photos for the blog. Usually, it is all about the Epsom Salt bath and a heating pad, after those hypodermic needles go in and out of my tensed up, trigger point riddled body, but I suppose "you gotta do, what you gotta do" sometimes, right? Before I get into what I am wearing today, I want to mention I am quite pleased with how my makeup has been looking for pictures. I have tried some new products from Sephora lately, and if you missed my post, see it

HI Ladies,Here we are nearing the later parts of Winter, and I thought it would be time for me to take out one of my favorite tweed jackets before it got to warm in the season. We had 70 degree temps this weekend and I was able to go out and enjoy one of the days with the puppies in tow. They look so happy, tails up, and I think if they could smile, they would! We have plenty of Green ways and trails near our house that we enjoy walking, the one thing I do miss, that we had in Pittsburgh, we rails to trails. The old railroad tracks were converted into walking and biking trails and we used them often. I think just being outside, uplifts my mood.
Hi Friends!Happy Valentine's Day! I do have to say, we don't usually make a big deal out of it, but we did enjoy an event at near-by Raylan Vineyards this weekend. Wine, truffles, food were all a part of the festivities and you don't need to ask me twice if I want to go! We took the puppies after their grooming day, in their red bandanas, and I was so excited to be out with them sitting outside! One step closer to nicer weather, perhaps. I am hoping to do some Vineyard reviews and posts on the blog this year, as I have mentioned in the past, we have 90+ vineyards in the NC area, plenty around us and we enjoy bopping around.
Hello Friends,I hope your weekend was a good one ! It always goes by rather quickly to me, and I have been having a few challenging days with my health. I am presently titrating off a medication but I am experiencing some of the side effects of doing so, along with extra pain. I think my muscle aches were having muscle aches! So, when I try to be productive and work on the blog, my body is saying, "No, you need to rest!" I know I need to listen and do just that, so I was lucky I took this pic for the blog on Saturday! Let's talk about this look and color palette;.
