Morning LadiesI thought it would be fun to look at some of the purchases i have made recently.I joked with my mom saying I will wear my new winter coat this year just to walk the dogs! Whatever it takes, I will wear my new outfits!
Happy Monday friends and Happy New Year!( Did you notice I increased the font size? :-)Back to business in the New Year. I am sharing some of the fashionable gifts I received from Christmas this week, including this fine knit red sweater. I have been adding more red to my closet this season and will be able to style this sweater in a multitude of ways. I did post my 2020 Goals on Friday, so if you didn't get to read them,
Good Morning friendsI hope you enjoyed your weekend! We kept it pretty low key and went out for drinks Saturday, Sunday I had cleaning to do, so we just worked around the house. With the many fabrics, textures, and colors for Fall, I decided it was time-faux leather weather.
Hi Friends! This weekend was the first weekend of cooler weather. When these pictures were taken it was in the 90s, so I didn't layer just yet. This Mango dress caught my eye after I saw it on Hilda, and I had to snatch it up with its purple and green print, I am striving for dresses I can wear nearly year-round and layer as the weather gets colder.
Hello friends! The heatwave many of us have experienced is finally easing up a bit, however, when these pictures were taken, it was 95 degrees. When I styled this mustard top and gold jewelry, I thought to take out my gold/brown snakeskin booties c/o Soft Surroundings last year.
Hello friends!I hope you had a great weekend. Most of what I styled for today is from my closet, with the exception of my "pumpkin Spice" duster I bought at Target. I added this Fall layer to bring out this popular shade within my paisley dress.
Christmas Time is here... happiness and cheer....always one of my favorite tunes, one that I would select to sing with my elementary choir too. This Friday, we leave for my moms, a 9 hour road trip, but so worth it to see my whole family. I'll share with you our time on the blog later, as I think about what to wear for the Holidays as well.I.can't resist faux fur. The feeling, the memory of grandma wearing it, the vintage style really appeals to me. When
Hello friends!
It really is amazing that I got these shots to share with you today. We had 40-45 degree temps last week and it rained the entire week! The weekend was my saving grace when I could take blog pictures. Today, I am sharing a potential outfit for Thanksgiving. I do tend to dress up more for Holidays, but it will be a quieter one this year, with my family out of state and us visiting my Moms at Christmas time. T Wishing you all a wonderful Thanksgiving!
