What can I say? I love pencil skirts and I love leopard. IF. it. Is. Done. Well. How many of us have seen some cheap looking leopard prints? I think everyone can wear leopard it just had to be a nice quality of leopard. THis skirt is jaquard and I bought it last year from one of my Fav stores, Ann Taylor.
Hello LadiesI hope you all had a relaxing weekend. Sometimes after a weekend away, I have to physically recoup, but also sometimes I just like to stay at home at relax, take my epsom salt baths, have some wine, listen to music. This weekend, we mostly stayed home, but went out once to lunch at a place I have mentioned a few times here, Port City Club.
TGIF Ladies!Well, this time last week, we were seeing movie shorts in Asheville. THe great thing about shorts is, well, they are short> If you really like the characters, sometimes you want it to continue, but if the short drags, then it is at most 12 minutes!! We had an excellent group of movies to watch, many love stories, unique time travel, quirky endings and the like.
Hello LadiesI mentioned that my husband, me and the pups were going to Asheville, NC to visit and see their 5th Annual Film Festival. We have attended 4, and make it an annual event for us. Asheville, NC is an artsy town, where music, dreadlocks, films, art, craftsmanship, all co-exist. We had a great time, and I would like to share it with you!
Hello Ladies,This is one of those dresses, like most of the Karina dresses, that I find very comfortable, and fits my body type. The Patti, which is a dress with rust, brown and navy flowers really caught my attenttion, certainly for the colors, but also for the straight pencil skirt style, the sheath dress, something I hadn't tried from #Karina before. I will be posting on Asheville the rest of this week!Hello Lovely ladies,Just wanted to let you know that I will be away until Sunday, as my hubby and I are attending the Asheville, NC film festival. This is the 5th Annual festival and we make it an annual event. We sought out another house overlooking the mountains that takes puppies, so they will be able to go with us. Unfortunately, no pups allowed in the films, so looks like they will have to be satisfied just curling up into a warm little ball and getting cozy while we are away.I will be taking lots of pictures ( hubby will)...
Hello Ladies!It was a nice day today, and my parents were visiting( when we took this picture), so we went to Corkscrew, one of our favorite wine bars and took them out. Along with a delciious fruity, but dry Malbec, we got sushi and some chinese food.I was in the mood for wearing a print with this vintage looking one-of my favorite skirts of mine, so this is it!
Ah, it is one of those mornings! The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and ... my pup is staring at me to get up and get him his meal!! Who is the owner here? Anyhow, he does keep me on a schedule and I decided to was a good morning to wear one of my favorite sweater dresses. You will learn over the course of the next several months, that I love sweater dresses,because they are like nightgowns, are as comfortable, and I think they look pretty swell. ( Always wanted to say "swell" ) ( Too much "Leave it to Beaver" as a child!)
