Hello Friends!Isn't it hard to believe it is now August? I have to say it has been a hot summer here in Charlotte, but we did have a mild Spring that led into the next Season. One thing I do enjoy is the ability to sit outside throughout the year until about December! I enjoy the sunshine and seeing it more often than not, affects my mood in a positive way. One look I love seeing in the summer, which seems to be popular, year after year is the all white look. I shared a look yesterday on the blog, and today wanted to wear white with a bit of a classic look. Yes, my hair remains up in August. and I .got rid of those pesky greys! My stylist said she never saw those white hairs on my head until now....

I love the crisp, bright white look, even though my photographer talks about its difficulty in capturing the detail. White, off-white can be worn year round and this week I am sharing with you several styled looks.

It is chronic and I will have to see an orthopedist who may be able to help.In this heat, there is only so much a girl can do! July in the South. Whew! I would have to say this is a tough time to take blog pictures as you are trying not to show sweat stains, and you hope your hair won't fall in the first 10 minutes! It is up yet again, as I am not a fan of having my hair down in 100 degree temps.
Hello friends!Its one of those extra hot weekends here in the South. 100 degrees, humid and your sweating as soon as you leave the house. You see the summertime commericals on TV. Everyone is on a beach, or having a party, drinking cocktails and enjoying themselves with their friends. The sunshine is out, it a sunny afternoon and everyone is smiling! Well, those commercials can be pure fantasy, can they not, when the weather hits almost 100 degrees and the real feel is even higher?
