Last night was a night where we tried a new wine bar, and I was finally able to wear my Magaschoni cashmere emerald sweater out! I could honestly say, my love for handbags, probably began about 10 years ago. My cafe colored  sweater dress was begging to be worn, and so I decided to pair it with different shades of brown. This cashmere sweater dress is so soft and yet it needs something to add to its taupe-ish color. Teal has to be a favorite color of mine. I bought this velvet jacket, when I was really into velvet, and no it was not the mid 70s. Since I like most of my jackets fitted, I decided to wear this over my grey sweater dress. Putting on this entire outfit is about as comfortable as pajamas as one can get.       As soon as I saw this skirt in one of Ann Taylor's catalogues, I knew it was mine! I love the quilting, slightly a-line structure of the skirt, and who can't use another black skirt in their wardrobe?.  I can honestly say, I moved to Charlotte for 2 reasons: a teaching job, and the weather. The weather played an important role, as I was tired of the grey, cold, and long winter months of PA.
