Hello LadiesIt is that time of year, where we can go and listen to summer concerts. I love sitting on the lawn and just kicking back with a bottle of wine, or other beverages, just enjoying an acousitc guitar player. This is my guitar from many years ago, a Taylor 412, when I went to teach in the South. I had just come out of college, and worked in an area with unfortunate conditions. I had to travel to two different schools, and was put in a trailer when the heat was above 90 and the air conditioners wouldn't work....

Hello Lovely ladies,Well again it has been a nice sunny day here in Huntersville, NC. Sunny, and about 90 degrees. I don't usually go to the mall, as I think the last time I really liked malls was when I was a teenager. I find myself to be more efficient and comfortable at home, shopping on-line. It was another sunny, hot day, here in the Carolinas. The sunshine just really uplifts my mood, and at one point my mother suggested that I purchase a SAD lamp for the winter. Well, it never gets that bad here in the winter; the dreary, grey days were saved for my previous place I lived, Pittsburgh, PA.  Don't know what it is, but I just love sitting outside. The bonus was that this restaurant was a place we hardly frequented before. It was on the lake, and its former ownership's style was average food, average price, but great place to be. Then the restaurant was bought, and it opened this year. The inside is lovely with it's high ceilings, excellent comfortable seating, windows all exposing the beautiful marina and lake we enjoy watching. In addition, the chef is new, from the show, "Hell's Kitchen" with Gordan Ramsey, and was preparing our food! Needless to say, the flavors...
