TGIF!Rounding the bend to the Holiday Season, and getting closer to Christmas. I know upon first reading, if you are from my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, perhaps you are thinking I am writing about the Pittsburgh Steelers. I know my dad will be sorry to hear that , that is not the case, I am writing once again about fashion. Fashionable Steelers? No just fashion, for the Holidays to be exact.
Happy Monday LadiesI hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend as it gets closer to the Holidays. We have finally put up the tree, I have send my relatives and parents the gifts I wrapped, and have gone out a bit. When Black Friday came around, I did not go hog wild or break the bank, I am rather good with my budget. THis skirt did "call out to me" right off the bat. It was love at first sight. If I had been at Ann Taylor, I would have said, we saw each other across the room and it was love from the start. The fine knitted detail of the lace with an offwhite color and flecks of gold, was GOING to be in my closet!
TGIF! How are things going the closer it gets to Christmas Ladies? We planned on putting up the tree last weekend, so here we are today planing to put up all of our decorations. Time just slipped away, and we have been busy, mostly like everyone I speak with. At least I have my puppies in their Santa Suits :-) I wanted to wear another of my velvet jackets to add more color, texture and silouette with this sweater dress.
TGIF Ladies!Well, this time last week, we were seeing movie shorts in Asheville. THe great thing about shorts is, well, they are short> If you really like the characters, sometimes you want it to continue, but if the short drags, then it is at most 12 minutes!! We had an excellent group of movies to watch, many love stories, unique time travel, quirky endings and the like.
Hello Ladies!It was a nice day today, and my parents were visiting( when we took this picture), so we went to Corkscrew, one of our favorite wine bars and took them out. Along with a delciious fruity, but dry Malbec, we got sushi and some chinese food.I was in the mood for wearing a print with this vintage looking one-of my favorite skirts of mine, so this is it!
Happy Monday LadiesHard to believe Halloween is this week, then the Holidays rush in. Well I have always been a fan of faux fur, and got this sweater years ago at Christmas time, even before the fur trend, I just love how fur makes me feel. Fur-Fabulous!
HAPPY WED! It finally got cool enough to wear one of my fall outfits! I titled this "Snow Leopard" as it is the combination of the grey and leopard spots, as opposed to the tan and black Leopard that distinguishes it. So at 65-70 degrees, I just said, time to dress for Fall
