Good Morning ladiesYou have seen me style a tee shirt dress before in several posts. This one is very comfortable and I love the olive shade. The pencil skirt style is also flattering. As we eventually turn to Fall, this would be a style of dress I could layer and style for cooler weather. Its still summer, however, and when the heat is on, I love wearing strappy sandals and dressing up the look a bit. I will also address how I would style this dress for Fall.
Morning friends!It's HOT. H-O-T! This week here in Charlotte is unseasonally hotter than it has been over the summer. Let's put it this way, I may have been smiling as I do for photos, but my body was pouring sweat like an new born infant crying for his mommy! The blaring sun and heat, along with the high humidity, made it challenging as I thought about how my hair was sticking to the back of my head. I think you get it, HOT. I took this orange Zara shift dress out of my closet as I haven't worn it on the blog in awhile and I love the bright colors- the orange reminding me of the heat eminating from the sun- as well as it being a bright, rich color that I love any time of the year.

I bought these eyelet chambray shorts from LOFT several years ago, and because of the flat front trouser style they are a bit more "dressed up" than you regular denim short. Morning friends!I thought we would have some fun and head out to another area of North Charlotte called Mooresville. I love main street Mooresville, with the antique shops, ice cream shops and diners, it takes me back to a different time. Love the old fashioned feel. Good Morning friends!I recently went to a fun, fashion and media event in Charlotte, hosted by Charlotte Seen. This event was a precursor to Charlotte's Fashion Week in the Fall. As a media event, I went to enjoy a summer fashion show, write about it, as well as meet some of the ladies from the "Faces of Silver"campaign, and book by world known photographer Ben Winkler. 
Morning!Well, I hope you all enjoyed the weekend. Today I am wearing a gold maxi dress styled for summer with additional gold pieces and my straw clutch. I love the color mustard and think I will be looking for some pieces for Fall of this color. Maxi dresses are easy to wear, easy to style.
Morning Friends-Hubby, pups and I decided to take a trip down to Freedom Park for this photo shoot. It is near one of the more popular green ways and often where my hubby walks the puppies while I am in PT. Not fair, I know.. me getting needled while he enjoys the outdoors!
