Morning friendsDespite the delay, ( 2 additional days, which I will write about on Friday)I made it back to Charlotte, after the Noreaster and the amazing blogger/JAMBU event I attended in NYC! I had been anticipating this event for a few months, after being invited to the City with 4 other bloggers, ranging from their 20s to 60s. I am utterly exhausted feeling like I was run over by a truck,  but wanted to post about my experience.  Last time I was in NYC, was a few years ago for Fashion week, and it was a whirlwind trip. This time, I was going to meet other fashion and travel bloggers along with part of the Jambu team. I was a bit nervous, but never have too much of a problem meeting and talking to new people. ( Thanks mom!)

 Happy Monday! Ill mostly be writing this week about my amazing trip to NYC ( tomorrow)  with Jambu and 4 other bloggers. I came home Friday, after 2 days of a delay because of the snowstorm in the North. So, I am exhausted, sore  and feel like a walking zombie   but ... I wanted to put together a post about 4 jackets you would want to own for your Spring wardrobe, because winter weather can't last forever! I suppose "Need" is a strong word, my hubby would say, so let's just say, jackets that would look great mixing with your Spring wardrobe! :-)

Morning friends,I am keeping it short and simple as I am in NYC for an event with Jambu and Good Housekeeping! I am so excited and will be giving you the low down on the photoshoots, event and activities I have been up to on the blog next week! In the meantime, I will be sharing some of the event on Location from NYC on INSTAGRAM and INSTASTORIES, please have a look and follow me there! I will be staying at the Viceroy Hotel , directly across from Central Park and next to Carnegie Music Hall, with Jambu and 4 other bloggers and will be getting an early morning start!

 Good Morning!I am in on my way to NYC ...leavin on a jet plane... and the puppies are safe in my neighbor's hands. I thought i would post this topic today, as I make my way to the VICEROY Hotel, across from Central Park for an exciting Jambu Event! I will be there later today, and this evening will begin the event with a "Meet and Greet" with several other bloggers from Jambu. I will be writing 1-2 posts about the event and am quite excited to have been invited, as a Brand Ambassador for Jambu, they are an amazing company! So, i'll put the event info on hold and just tell you to follow me on INSTAGRAM AND INSTASTORIES FOR ALL OF THE DAY'S ACTIVITIES AND EXCITEMENT IN NYC.  I I will be shooting a FACEBOOK LIVE VIDEO with Jambu at 8:30 am Tuesday March 20th, if you want to catch that! In the meantime, let's talk about some of the items on my Spring Wish List!

Happy Friday ladies!I don't know if it is just me getting older, and more introspective, but I like to look at and appreciate the "small things" in life, even more these days. It is a little things in life that really makes me appreciate it more and more. I also find that I don't let myself get stressed about a lot of things as I try and ask myself, "Is this important in the overall scheme of life?" If I can answer no, then it isn't worth dwelling on.

Happy Friday friends!As I went through my closet transferring my Winter/Fall clothes to a the guest closet ( we hope to get a closet organizer and work on more space) I took my spring clothes out , and began to clean out the closet. What did I need to get rid of? Do I love it? I decided that my clothes and shoes that i wouldn't wear would be sent to Goodwill and the Battered Women's Shelter  downtown. Do you evaluate your closet each season? Do you have the staples that makes putting outfits together easier? Here are some items that every lady should have in their closet.
