We went to see "Hidden Figures" and I thought it was fantastic what the women were able to accomplish. I got all teary eyed. When I'm not going out, what keeps me entertained? Well, playing with my pups of course! We played Pillow Ball and Ball in the Blanket. Pillow Ball is when I hide a squeaky ball in between a stack of 4 pillows to be sniffed out, and B N B is kind of self explanatory. They do make me laugh!!Now,

Hello friendsHow was your weekend? We went to a new vineyard, Shadow Springs Vineyard, in the Yadkin Valley, to try their new Spring offerings. Gibby and Truffles met Buddy, a 15 year old poodle who was the mascot at the vineyard and so sweet. We tasted 7 wines and ended drinking a bottle of Viognier with a slight oaky taste. Hello friends,Well, it has been one of those weeks! I am usually "on the ball" when it comes to posts, but I was running behind lately. I had Dry Needling PT yesterday, and had to come home and do photos for the blog. Usually, it is all about the Epsom Salt bath and a heating pad, after those hypodermic needles go in and out of my tensed up, trigger point riddled body, but I suppose "you gotta do, what you gotta do" sometimes, right?
